Eligibility & Scope

Newcomers Only: The Summer Access Pass (the "Pass") is an introductory offer strictly valid for new, first-time students of Artos Taekwondo. Existing or past members are not eligible to purchase or use this Pass.

Age Groups: This offer is available for both children (ages 8+) and adults.

Purchase Limit: Limit of one (1) Summer Access Pass per person. Multiple passes cannot be purchased or combined for a single individual.
Validity & Attendance Period

Strict Fixed Dates: The Pass grants a total of four (4) class credits. These credits are strictly valid for use between 1st July 2026 and 31st August 2026.

Expiration: Any unused class credits after 31st August 2026 will be permanently forfeited. Credits cannot be rolled over into September or transferred to regular monthly memberships.

Flexible Booking: Pass holders can distribute their 4 credits across any scheduled classes during July and August, subject to class capacity and pre-booking.
Pricing, Fees & Uniforms

Flat Rate: The total cost of the Pass is a one-time payment of £20.

No Hidden Fees: None, zero, zilch!

Attire: No formal Taekwondo uniform (Dobok) is required. Participants can train in comfortable, standard athletic sportswear.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All Sales Final: Due to the heavily subsidized and promotional nature of this offer, the Summer Access Pass is 100% non-refundable. No partial or full refunds will be given for change of mind, missed classes, or personal schedule conflicts.

Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to the specific individual registered at checkout and cannot be transferred to friends, family members, or other students.
Health, Safety & Club Policies

Physical Readiness: By purchasing this pass, you confirm that you (or your child) are in good physical health and fit to participate in martial arts training. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be declared to the instructor prior to the first session.

Club Closures: Artos Taekwondo reserves the right to slightly alter class schedules over the summer bank holidays or due to venue restrictions at Portsmouth Grammar School. Pass holders will be notified in advance, but temporary closures do not extend the 31st August expiration date.
Booking & 24-Hour Rescheduling Policy

Pre-Booking Required: All sessions must be booked in advance to secure your spot, as class sizes are capped to maintain high-quality instruction.

24-Hour Notice Rule: If you need to reschedule a booked class, you must do so at least 24 hours before the session starts by contacting us directly.

No-Shows: If a student does not attend a booked session, that specific class credit will be automatically deducted from the Pass and cannot be recovered.
